Planning RegisterYou can view:

Planning Applications on NotificationYou can view advertised planning applications while they are on public notification which is a minimum of 14 days.

Advertised plans have been made available and the information must not be used for any other purpose. By taking a copy of any document, you acknowledge and agree that you will only use the document for the particular planning purpose and that any dissemination, distribution or copying of this document is strictly prohibited.
Current Planning ApplicationsYou can view the status of your current planning permit application.

Status Descriptions:

Allocate File
The application has been received and lodged by the Statutory Planning Team, and a file for the application has been created and allocated to a planner.

Site Inspection
The planner is to visit the site to inspect existing site conditions, and assess the surrounding built and natural environment to review the suitability of the proposal.

Initial Assessment
The file has been allocated to a planner, and the planner is to conduct an Initial Assessment of the file.

FI Request
The Initial Assessment of the application is completed and the planner has requested the applicant to submit further information (FI), to enable the assessment of the application.

Referred
The application has been referred to internal departments of Council and external authorities for their review of the application.

Report Pending
The ‘Referred’ and ‘Notification’ process tasks are completed. The planner is either working through concerns with the applicant, referral agencies or objectors and/or is preparing a Delegates Report or a Council Report.

Delegates Report
The application is to be determined under delegation, and the planner is currently preparing the Delegation Report.

Notification
The applicant has been directed to give notice of the application. The notification period lasts for a period of 14 days. At the end of this period, the applicant must submit a completed statutory declaration form confirming that notice was given in accordance with Council's directions.

Council Report
The application is to be determined at a Council Meeting, and the planner is currently preparing the Council Report.

Under Assessment
The application has been received and assessment of the application has been undertaken by the planner. No decision has been made on the application and the planner is working through issues with all stakeholders.
