Swimming Pool and Spa Register

Lodge an application for pool or spa registration

	Registration Types	Instructions
	Certificate of Compliance for Swimming Pool and Spa	Submit your recently issued certificate of pool barrier compliance and make a payment. Certificate must be submitted to Council within 30 days of issue.
	New Swimming Pool and Spa Registration	Register your new swimming pool and spa, erected, constructed or established after 1 November 2020. You will need building permit information, make a payment and attached a certificate of pool barrier compliance.
	Temporary Swimming Pool and Spa Registration	Register your temporary swimming pool and spa, initially erected, assembled or established after 1 November 2020. You will need basic information and to make a payment. Within 30 days of registration you will be required to submit a certificate of pool barrier compliance.
	Existing Swimming Pool and Spa Registration	Register your existing swimming pools and spas erected, constructed or established prior to 1 November 2020. You will need basic information and to make a payment. On registration you will be advised when you will be required to submit a certificate of pool barrier compliance.
